This dairy-free Layers flavor is inspired by a timeless dessert: the coconut macaroon. To get that delicious dairy-free coconut sorbetto, we go all the way to the Philippines— home to the most refreshing coconuts. We then add in chocolate cookies, oat crisps and a decadent dairy-free fudge sauce to finish it off.
